New Year's Day
What would New Year's Day be without a BBQ. Robert and Lenny served some great tasting steaks along with our good luck Black-eyed peas.
New Year's Eve RV Park Style
The RV park that we were staying host a New Year's Eve party every year. We had the pleasure of meeting Shirley and Joe at the party. Shirley and Joe are working on their "Bucket List". They were so much fun we hope to see them again.
Happy New Year's to everyone!
The "Alamo" and the "Cove"
Patti's Great, Great Grandfather was the oldest man to fight and die at the Alamo. His name was Gordon C. Jennings. After visiting the Alamo we went to eat at this place that appeared on Dives, Dinners & Drive Ins called the "Cove". What an awesome place with great food.
Around San Antonio and the City Bus
Patti and Robert Mauck joined Lenny and I in San Antonio for New Years. I've known Patti for many years and didn't know that she has never ridden on a city bus. Of course, my camera is always with me so we got that first time shot. She tried to sit in Rosa Parks seat, but it was already taken.
